Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. pumpkin

Preparation

Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon, salt and sugar; set aside. Mix together eggs, oil and pumpkin.
Blend in flour mixture to the pumpkin mixture.
Beat well.
Pour into a well-greased cake pan. Bake about 1 hour at 350\u00b0 (baking time will vary depending on size of pan).
Put cream cheese icing on cool cake.
