Country Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. fried chicken seasoning
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    8 unpeeled potatoes
Preparation
    Mix
    above
    ingredients
    well.
    Cut
    potatoes
    in large strips and coat with mixture.
    Place in a shallow pan and pour 1
    stick melted margarine over potatoes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Do not peel potatoes.
