Stroganoff To Die For - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sirloin
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 can Campbell's tomato soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 small can mushrooms
    4 c. Minute rice
    5 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Cut meat into 1 or 2-inch cubes.
    In a Ziploc bag, put flour, salt and pepper.
    Put cubed meat in bag and shake.
    Take meat from bag and place in skillet (electric) on 350\u00b0 with 3 tablespoons oil.
    Brown on all sides of meat.
    Add onion to meat until the onion becomes transparent.
    Cook for about 20 minutes on low heat. Add bell pepper and mushrooms; stir for a few minutes.
    Add tomato soup and stir and let cook on simmer 30 minutes.
