Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 slices white bread, cubed
    raisins and coconut (optional, may use 1 or both)
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Put bread in buttered pan; top with raisins and coconut.
    Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla and milk.
    Pour this over the bread cubes and raisins; if not moist enough, add more milk.
    Bread should be nice and juicy.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until firm.
