Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    1 can chili
    1 can Ro-Tel
    12 oz. pkg. mild Cheddar cheese
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Mix can of chili, can of Ro-Tel and 1 can water.
    heat the Ro-Tel and chili in a pan.
    Chop the onion and bell pepper.
    Shred the cheese.
    Grease a long casserole dish.
    Place a tablespoon or more of meat in the middle of tortilla, then sprinkle some cheese, onion and pepper. Then roll it up.
    Place seam side down in the pan.
    Do all tortillas this way.
    Then pour chili and Ro-Tel mixture on top.
    Sprinkle more cheese and onion on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
