Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole broiler, quartered or 4 boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium onion, sliced in thin rings
    2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Rinse chicken and remove skin if desired.
    Combine remaining ingredients in bowl.
    Add chicken and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes or longer.
    Drain chicken from marinade, saving marinade. Place chicken on hot broiler rack or barbecue.
    Broil chicken for 30 to 35 minutes or until cooked through, turning and basting with marinade 3 to 4 times during cooking.
    Add onion rings from marinade during last 10 minutes of broiling time.
    Serve chicken garnished with lemon wedges (optional).
