Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped zucchini
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. grated carrots
1 family size chicken flavored Stove Top dressing
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 Tbsp. salad dressing
1 c. sour cream
1 stick oleo
Preparation

Cook zucchini, onion and carrots in water 15 minutes; drain. Melt oleo and stir into stuffing.
Add enough water to moisten. Spread 1/2 stuffing in a greased 10-inch casserole.
Mix salad dressing, sour cream and soup into drained vegetables and mix lightly.
Put all on top of stuffing.
Add rest of stuffing on top of vegetables.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 8 to 10.
