Mom'S Holiday Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. red grapes, halved and pitted
    2 oranges, cut into small pieces
    1 small bottle maraschino cherries, drained and cut in half
    1/2 pt. whipped cream
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. pineapple chunks
    1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    sliced bananas
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, mix and cook eggs, vinegar and sugar until thickened.
    Add butter and remove from heat.
    Combine all prepared fruit in a large bowl.
    Fold in whipped cream and cooled egg mixture.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Add bananas just before serving.
