Plum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour (do not sift)
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
1 c. chopped nuts
4 eggs at room temperature
2 small jars plum baby food or 1 junior size
1 tsp. each cloves, cinnamon and vanilla

Preparation

Mix all ingredients until eggs are well mixed.
Bake in greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Sift powdered sugar on top.
