Coffee Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. lukewarm milk
    2 yeast cakes
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. melted butter
    15 to 20 cardamon seed, pounded
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast cakes in 1/2 cup lukewarm milk.
    In another bowl, mix remaining milk, sugar, salt, cardamon seed and a small amount of flour.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add yeast and remaining flour, beating with a wooden spoon until smooth and firm.
