Nancy'S Spoon Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 c. cornmeal
    3 eggs, separated
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 small can cream-style corn
    1 small onion, sauteed
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    In a saucepan, put milk and cornmeal, cooking on low burner and stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat when thick.
    Add cheese.
    In a bowl, whip your egg whites until stiff.
    Add the egg yolks to the cornmeal slowly.
    Add corn, onion and sugar.
    You can make this a Mexican type bread if you add hot peppers.
