Gnocchi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes, washed
    1 egg yolk
    3 c. flour (regular)
    3 Tbsp. semolina flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil potatoes (skins on) until fork-tender.
    Drain; cool to touch.
    Peel and run through ricer into mixer bowl.
    Beat in egg yolk.
    Add flour, semolina and salt.
    Mix until soft dough.
