Egg Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 slices bread
12 slices cheese
12 eggs
2 lb. sausage
1 onion
6 c. milk
2 tsp. dry mustard
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Brown sausage and onion together.
Beat eggs together.
Add milk, dry mustard and salt and pepper.
Lay 6 slices of bread in a 9 x 13-inch pan and top with slices of cheese and sausage mixture.
Top with remaining 6 slices of bread.
Pour egg mixture over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until eggs are done.
