Fresh Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. pecans, chopped
2 c. pared apples, chopped
3 large eggs (room temperature)
Preparation

Sift flour, soda and salt.
In a large bowl, beat oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla at medium speed for 3 or 4 minutes until well blended.
Gradually add flour mixture; beat until smooth.
Fold in pecans and apples.
Pour batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake in a preheated 325\u00b0 oven about 1 hour and 20 minutes or until cake tests done.
Cool on wire rack 20 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
To keep longer, refrigerate and bring to room temperature before serving.
Fresh apples tend to mold easily.
