Quik Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. sweet milk
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast and sugar in lukewarm milk.
    Add shortening and salt.
    Add flour; mix and let rise for 1 hour.
    Add enough flour to make a firm dough.
    Let rise again, 30 to 45 minutes.
    Make into rolls.
    Cover and let rise to top.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
