Spinach Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cooked spinach
    7/8 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 pad minced garlic
    1 tsp. grated onion
    2 dashes pepper
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 to 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into a buttered casserole dish or ring mold.
    Place dish in a hot water bath and bake at 375\u00b0 until firm.
    Serves 4 to 6.
