Red Hot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. red pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. turmeric
    1/2 tsp. olive oil
    1 garlic clove
    vinegar
Preparation
    Mix in blender on grate until well mixed.
    Bring vinegar to preboil.
    Add to blender until desired thickness.
    Turn blender to liquify.
    Blend and add hot vinegar until desired thickness.
