Fresh Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked shrimp, finely chopped
    1 can tomato soup
    1 1/2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    3 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. onion
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
    Heat soup to boiling point and add cream cheese and mayonnaise.
    Mix well; stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into 4-cup mold.
    (A fish shaped mold is nice.) Chill for at least 2 hours and serve with crackers.
