Oven Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 or 9 qt. popped corn
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. margarine
Preparation

Boil sugar, syrup, margarine, vanilla and salt for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat; add soda, stir quickly. Pour over corn and mix well.
Place in 2 flat large pans.
Place pans in a 250\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Stir 3 or 4 times.
When cold, store in tightly closed containers.
