Easy Cheesecake - cooking recipe

2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of lemon rind
3 eggs
1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker pie crust
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add vanilla, lemon rind and eggs.
Beat together until well blended.
Pour into prepared 9-inch graham cracker pie crust.
Bake just until puffed and center is dry, about 30 to 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool.
Serve with cherry or blueberry topping.
