Lemon Sage Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. green onions, sliced
1/2 c. shredded carrots
8 c. unseasoned stuffing cubes
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp. dried sage leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. canned chicken broth
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Melt butter.
Add celery, onions and carrots.
Saute until vegetables are tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour in a 1 1/2-quart casserole and bake 30 to 45 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
