Vegetable Medley Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 (20 oz.) pkg. Brussels sprouts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. flour
1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1/2 lb. soft cheese (Velveeta)
Preparation

Cook all vegetables according to package instructions.
Drain well and place in a 9 x 12-inch pan.
In a saucepan, blend soup and flour.
Add tomatoes and stir until mixture boils.
Add cheese and stir until cheese melts.
Pour sauce over vegetables and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 10.
