Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, undiluted
    1 (1 lb.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 c. milk
    2 c. boiling water
    2 cans Mandarin oranges, well drained
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add juice and turn into a 9 x 13-inch pan to chill until partially congealed.
    Fold oranges and pineapple into gelatin mixture.
    Chill until set. Prepare instant lemon pudding mix, using 1 cup milk.
    Whip whipping cream; fold into lemon pudding.
    Spread on orange gelatin mixture and chill.
    Serves 12 to 13.
