Creamy Corn Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans white Shoe Peg corn, drained
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
    1 c. grated carrots
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. each: salt, pepper and paprika
Preparation
    Combine corn, onion, parsley flakes, sliced olives and grated carrots and toss with dressing made by combining remaining ingredients.
    Serves 6 to 8.
