Old-Fashioned Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. whipping cream
1 lb. graham crackers
1/2 c. oleo, melted

Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in water and let it cool some.
Then in another bowl, cream together cheese, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and lemon Jell-O and mix well.
Then fold in whipped cream.
