Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium can kraut, drained
    1/2 c. diced green or red pepper
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    artificial sweetener to equal 1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix well and chill for 24 hours.
    Keeps for days.
