Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cut into bite-size
1 c. celery, cut into bite-size
1 c. white grapes, cut into halves
3/4 c. toasted almonds
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix together.
Serve on a lettuce leaf or use as salad.
Good in the summertime.
(Must refrigerate.)
