New Orleans Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice cooked and cooled
    4 1/2 oz. canned shrimp, drained
    1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 c. cauliflowerets
    6 stuffed olives, sliced
    juice of 1 lemon
    dash of hot sauce
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine cooled rice with the next 8 ingredients.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper, mixing well.
    Chill for several hours or overnight and serve.
