Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar (caramelize in 8-inch round pan)
6 eggs
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 1/2 can whole milk
dash of salt
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

After caramelizing sugar, put over medium heat and stir until it gets light amber color, then take off stove.
Mix other ingredients together.
Pour over caramelized sugar; cover.
Set in pan of water and bake covered for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
Can be made a day ahead.
