Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
1 egg
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix well.
Form into small balls.
Roll in flour; brown in hot fat until brown on all sides.
Add 2 cups water and simmer from 1/2 to 1 hour.
