Tortellini Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or frozen cheese filled tortellini
    1 green pepper and 1 red pepper, both cut into thin slices
    8 oz. pkg. Feta cheese, crumbled
    1 (12 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts (save the marinade)
    1 small can black pitted olives, sliced
    2 tomatoes, cut into chunks
    1 purple onion, thinly sliced
    Good Seasons or your favorite Italian dressing mixed with some of the artichoke marinade
Preparation
    Cook tortellini.
    Toss with dressing and rest of ingredients. Chill the salad and serve as a main luncheon dish or side to a dinner.
