Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal (self-rising)
    1 can cream-style corn
    2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
    2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    2/3 c. salad oil
    2 eggs
    1 bunch green onions (tops and all), chopped
Preparation
    Mix all but cheese together.
    Pour 1/2 of mixture into greased pan.
    Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese over it.
    Add remaining mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
