Baking Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

10 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. baking powder
1 Tbsp. salt
1 lb. shortening

Preparation

Blend together flour, baking powder and salt.
Cut in shortening.
Store in an airtight container.
Use this when your recipes call for a commercial mix like Bisquick.
