Raisin Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. raisin bread, cubed
    1/2 c. light brown sugar, packed
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Spread bread cubes evenly in an 8-inch round or square glass baking dish.
    Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar, nutmeg and salt. Measure milk into 1-quart measuring cup; add margarine.
    Microwave on High for 5 minutes.
    Remove from oven and quickly stir in eggs until mixed well.
    Pour over bread cubes.
    Do not stir.
    Microwave at 70 percent power for 10 minutes.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
