Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
5 c. flour all-purpose
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. shortening
2 c. mashed potatoes
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
Set aside.
Boil milk, add yeast mix, put Crisco and milk in bowl with potatoes.
Then add salt and sugar.
Mix in 2 cups of flour, mix well, then add rest of flour.
Put out on floured board.
Knead until not sticky.
Put in large greased bowl.
Cover with damp cloth.
Place in refrigerator overnight.
Then next morning set out and let them rise.
Then bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
