Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (No. 1) can pitted olives
    1 doz. corn tortillas, cut up
    2 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation
    Fry meat.
    Add salt, pepper and olives.
    Place 6 tortillas in bottom of 2-quart casserole.
    Add 1/2 the meat mixture to tortillas.
    Pour 1 can enchilada sauce over meat.
    Top with 1/2 the grated cheese.
    Repeat.
    Top with cheese.
    Cover; bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6 to 8.
