Creamy Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded cabbage
1/3 c. shredded carrot
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
1/3 c. nonfat mayonnaise dressing
2 Tbsp. nonfat sour cream alternative
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine cabbage, carrot, celery and onion in medium serving bowl.
Mix mayonnaise dressing, sour cream, sugar, dry mustard and salt in small bowl.
Add to cabbage mixture.
Mix well. Cover.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Serves 6.
