Bernie'S Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. orange juice
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
pinch of salt
1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation

Butter 9-inch pie plate.
Arrange apples in plate.
Pour orange juice over apples.
Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and butter (coarse crumbs).
Place on top of apples.
Bake 45 to 55 minutes at 375\u00b0.
