Microwave French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium onions, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 cans Sue Bee beef broth
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    6 slices toasted French bread
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss or Mozzarella
Preparation
    In
    3-quart
    casserole,
    place\tonions\tand
    margarine. Cover. Microwave on High 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes. Add broth, water, salt and pepper.
    Microwave on High 8 to 10 minutes. Ladle
    into
    6
    serving bowls with 1 slice bread and 1/6 of cheese on top of each. Microwave bowls 1 minute to melt cheese.
