Franca'S Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    1 stalk celery
    1/2 stalk carrot
    2 sprigs sweet basil
    1 bunch parsley
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    24 oz. tomato sauce (takes 3 small cans)
    8 oz. tomato paste (takes 1 small can)
    4 tsp. Wyler's chicken flavor instant bouillon
Preparation
    Chop onion, celery, basil and parsley into very fine pieces. Saute the veggies in 4 tablespoons oil until golden.
    Add the ground beef, then add tomato sauce and paste.
    Fill one tomato sauce can and the tomato paste can with water, then pour into pan. Add chicken bouillon to taste.
    Stir often over a medium heat, adding some black pepper.
    Sauce should be fairly thick, not runny. Is enough to cover 2 pounds of pasta.
