Mexican Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 can Spanish rice
    1 can hot pepper pinto beans, drained
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    grated cheese
    Fritos corn chips
    Pace picante sauce (mild)
Preparation
    Brown together ground beef, onion and bell pepper.
    Sprinkle in garlic salt, then drain.
    Add Spanish rice, tomatoes and pinto beans.
    Cook until thick.
    Pour over corn chips, then add picante sauce and grated cheese.
    Top with more corn chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 15 to 20 minutes, until cheese melts.
