Chocolate Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1/3 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    powdered sugar
    1 qt. chocolate mint ice cream, slightly soft
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Line jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch, with aluminum foil or waxed paper; grease.
    Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
    Beat eggs in a small mixer bowl until very thick and lemon colored, about 5 minutes.
    Pour eggs into a large mixer bowl.
    Beat in granulated sugar gradually. Beat in water and vanilla on low speed.
    Mix in dry ingredients gradually, beating just until batter is smooth.
    Pour into pan, spreading batter to corners.
