Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
2 cans small shrimp
1 can minced clams
1/2 c. minced onions
3/4 c. finely minced celery
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Tabasco
1 pkg. Knox gelatine
Preparation

Cream together cheese and mayonnaise.
Drain shrimp and mash. Drain clams, reserving juice.
Mix all ingredients, except clam juice and gelatine.
Heat clam juice and Knox gelatine; dissolve. Add to shrimp mixture.
Pour in mold.
