Spidini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (20 oz.) loaves French bread (bakery)
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 stick margarine
    2 tsp. poppy seed
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    sliced Swiss cheese
    sliced bacon
Preparation
    Cut bread in 1-inch thick slices, stopping about 1-inch from the bottom.
    Saute onion in butter.
    Mix mustard and poppy seed with butter and onion.
    Spoon butter mixture in between bread slices.
    Place cheese in between bread slices.
    Place bacon on top of bread.
    Wrap in foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes, or until bacon is done.
