Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter (not softened)
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. + 4 Tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix together butter, powdered sugar, 2 cups flour and salt like pie crust.
Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Combine eggs, sugar, remaining flour (4 tablespoons) and lemon juice.
Pour over crust and bake another 20 minutes at 350\u00b0. Let cool; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
