Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (28 oz.) plum tomatoes
1 Tbsp. safflower oil
1 onion, chopped
3 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
3 stalks celery, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. or less salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
2 chicken breasts, halved
3/4 lb. shell shaped macaroni
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except chicken and pasta, in stew pan or Dutch oven. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes. Skin and debone cooked chicken. Add to sauce and cook 25 to 30 minutes until tender. Serve over cooked pasta.
