Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    carrots, shaved into thin slices
    cauliflower, cut in small pieces
    broccoli (just the tops)
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Unroll rolls and bake in jelly roll pan at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Cool.
    Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and Ranch dressing mix.
    Spread over cooled crust.
    Top with cheese and vegetables.
