Roast Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 1/2 to 7 1/2 lb. leg of lamb
3 cloves garlic (slivers)
1/3 c. olive oil
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. dry white wine
1 1/2 to 2 c. beef bouillon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Shave off all but a 1/16-inch layer of fat from top (rounded side) and sides of leg.
Dig extra fat out of tail assembly and shave excess fat off bottom side.
Make small incisions all over lamb with the point of a knife; insert a sliver into each slit.
Massage oil all over surface of lamb.
To help it brown and to give it a subtle flavor, rub all over with soy sauce. Place, topside up, on rack in pan.
