Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    14 oz. caramels
    7 oz. can Eagle Brand sweetened milk
    1 stick oleo
    12 oz. chocolate chips
    6 oz. nuts
Preparation
    Mix cake as directed. Pour 1/2 of mixture in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, no more.
    Cool for 8 minutes.
