Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. Crisco
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix cocoa with hot water; set aside.
    Blend flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder; set aside.
    With electric mixer, beat Crisco, sugar, eggs and vanilla; add set-aside ingredients. Stir well.
    Place batter in 9 x 13-inch cake pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
